1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on bbe99, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and bbe99.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. You further represent that you are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bbe99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. bbe99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals where evidence of multi-accounting is identified.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bbe99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You agree to notify bbe99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bbe99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and, where required, evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

bbe99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) a Player is found to be ineligible; (d) a Player requests self-exclusion; or (e) required by applicable law or regulation. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbe99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbe99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used must match the name on the bbe99 Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. bbe99 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Same-day processing is available for verified Accounts using bKash and Nagad. bbe99 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. bbe99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, and transactions on bbe99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbe99 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Any conversion undertaken by your bank or mobile financial service provider is outside bbe99's control and is the Player's sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by bbe99 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; Bonus Funds that expire unused are forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Misuse

Behaviour that constitutes bonus misuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, or placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Modifications

bbe99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus offers are made at bbe99's absolute discretion and may be targeted to specific eligible player segments. Eligibility for a particular promotion does not guarantee eligibility for future promotions.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bbe99 sportsbook are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. All casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant third-party game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Where prohibited conduct is identified, bbe99 may immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void all pending bets and Bonus Funds, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbe99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and database rights — is the exclusive property of bbe99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform without bbe99's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bbe99's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbe99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bbe99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbe99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, or third-party network failures may temporarily affect availability. bbe99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bbe99 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. bbe99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming
